How to order a custom-made bouquet
*I will contact you to discuss your ideas and project a price for your bouquet.
*If you want to proceed I will send you a pro-forma invoice for 50% of the total order which is non-refundable.
*We will have a detailed telephone/online conversation to go through all the custom options of your order-This will include brooch shapes, metals, colour and finish.
*You will be emailed a picture of your brooch choice before and after your bouquet is made.
*I will contact you at each stage so that you are completely involved and happy with your custom made bouquet.
*Your bouquet will be posted out to you via Special Delivery Royal Mail in UK or Tracked and Signed Worldwide.
The time to order, make and send a bouquet can vary depending on availability of materials and priority of wedding date.
I can sometimes make orders quicker if you need something soon and I have the materials.
I welcome orders any time in advance. Your bouquet can be designed and made then stored away allowing you peace of mind to concentrate on other aspects of your wedding planning.
Custom-made bouquets cannot be returned or refunded.
